The Oracle PRM Consultant Role

We are seeking an Oracle PRM Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. This is a permanent, full-time position dedicated to designing and implementing Oracle Partner Relationship Management (PRM) solutions based on specific business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Oracle PRM solutions tailored to business requirements.
• Configure partner portals, deal registration workflows, and lead management processes.
• Customize partner lifecycle processes, including onboarding, segmentation, and enablement.
• Define and manage partner hierarchies, roles, and access controls within the PRM system.
• Ensure seamless partner data synchronization and master data management.
• Develop dashboards and reports for partner performance KPIs, sales pipeline, and program effectiveness.

System Integration Focus

A critical aspect of this role involves integrating Oracle PRM with various upstream and downstream systems. These include:

• Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC)
• Oracle CPQ
• ERP systems (EBS/Oracle Fusion)
• Marketing Automation systems

Required Experience

Applicants for this position must possess 5 to 10 years of experience in the design, implementation, and configuration of Oracle PRM solutions.
