Oracle PRM Consultant

About the Role

Salt is seeking an experienced Oracle PRM Consultant to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle Partner Relationship Management (PRM) solutions to align with business and partner-management requirements. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in this field.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Oracle PRM solutions based on defined business requirements.
• Configure partner portals, deal-registration workflows, and lead-management processes.
• Customize the complete partner lifecycle, including onboarding, segmentation, enablement, and ongoing management.
• Define and manage partner hierarchies, user roles, and access controls.
• Integrate Oracle PRM with upstream and downstream platforms such as Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC), Oracle CPQ, Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion ERP, and marketing automation systems.
• Ensure seamless partner-data synchronization and effective master-data management.
• Develop dashboards and reports covering partner performance KPIs, sales pipeline and deal progression, and partner-program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, user training, and post-implementation activities.
• Produce solution designs, configuration documents, and operational guidance.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Oracle PRM.
• Good understanding of partner lifecycle management, channel sales, and partner-program processes.
• Experience configuring partner portals, deal registration, lead distribution, and access controls.
• Proven experience integrating Oracle PRM with Oracle Sales Cloud, CPQ, and ERP platforms.
• Knowledge of APIs, data migration, data synchronization, and master-data management.
• Strong reporting and dashboard-development capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder-management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience delivering Oracle solutions within complex enterprise environments.
