About the Role

Protiviti is seeking an experienced Oracle Sales professional to drive business development across the Saudi Arabian market, with a primary focus on Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading new client acquisition and expanding the company's footprint within large enterprises and government organizations. The position requires a proven track record in selling Oracle-related solutions and services.

Sales Approach and Market Focus

This is a hunter-oriented sales leadership role, focused on new business development rather than purely account management. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing strategic accounts, and building executive relationships to drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closure within the Saudi Arabian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for Oracle consulting, implementation, transformation, and managed services.
• Identify and acquire new clients across Saudi Arabia, particularly within Riyadh.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO and senior technology stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, CHROs, IT Directors, and Procurement leaders.
• Leverage an existing network within large enterprises and government entities to generate qualified opportunities.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation and prospecting through negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with Oracle solution, consulting, and delivery teams to develop customized client propositions.
• Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline, consistently achieving revenue and business development targets.
• Develop account plans for strategic customers and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
• Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and deal closures with senior stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, Oracle ecosystem developments, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Represent Protiviti at client meetings, industry events, and relevant Oracle ecosystem forums.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology sales, consulting sales, or enterprise sales, with significant exposure to Oracle.
• Proven experience in Oracle sales, Oracle consulting/services sales, or Oracle ecosystem business development.
• Strong new business development / hunting experience.
• Established relationships with enterprise and government clients in Saudi Arabia, preferably Riyadh.
• Demonstrated ability to sell high-value technology consulting, implementation, transformation, or managed services engagements.
• A strong commercial acumen with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Technical Knowledge

Candidates must possess a strong understanding of Oracle technologies and enterprise applications. This includes familiarity with Oracle Cloud, Oracle Fusion, ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, OCI, Database, and related services.

Key Skills and Attributes

• Strong CXO-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing large, complex sales cycles and RFP/RFQ processes.
