About the OCM Consultant Role
AIQU is seeking an experienced OCM Consultant to join one of its major clients in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
The OCM Consultant will be instrumental in managing organizational change related to IT implementations. Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive OCM strategies aligned with IT goals, engaging stakeholders to understand concerns and communicate benefits, and conducting change impact assessments to identify and mitigate potential challenges across business areas, processes, and employees.
- Developing and executing OCM strategies for IT implementations.
- Engaging with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and address concerns.
- Assessing the impact of IT changes on business operations and personnel.
- Designing and implementing effective communication plans for all organizational levels.
- Developing and delivering training programs to support user adoption of new systems.
- Proactively managing and addressing resistance to change.
- Evaluating and enhancing organizational readiness for change initiatives.
- Establishing OCM governance structures to monitor progress and effectiveness.
- Collaborating closely with IT project teams to integrate OCM activities into project lifecycles.
