About the Role

Edge Al Rabie - Riyadh is seeking an Outlet Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is ideal for a dynamic and self-motivated Food & Beverage professional ready to lead a team in delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. The Outlet Manager will be responsible for overseeing an assigned restaurant to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Role Overview

As an Outlet Manager, you will manage daily restaurant operations with a focus on achieving the highest standards of customer satisfaction and service quality. A key aspect of this role involves meeting or exceeding financial goals while maintaining a professional and friendly environment for both guests and staff. You will play a crucial part in developing a top-quality food and beverage experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare employee schedules based on forecasts and staffing guidelines to ensure adequate manpower.
• Conduct regular training sessions for the assigned team in alignment with departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Evaluate team performance and initiate internal development and promotion opportunities.
• Ensure the timely setup of the assigned Food & Beverage outlet according to meal settings and opening hours.
• Manage guest welcome and seating processes, supported by the Hostess.
• Maintain professional and friendly relationships with outlet patrons.
• Establish and regularly update the outlet’s database of regular guests.
• Frequently tour the outlet and related areas to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Actively participate in the outlet's promotional activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience required: 0-1 years in a relevant Food & Beverage role.
• Demonstrated ambition, dynamism, and self-motivation.
• Ability to organize and direct a team effectively.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality service.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Edge Al Rabie establishment. The role involves working in a fast-paced Food & Beverage environment, requiring active engagement with both staff and guests to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.
