This Parent Journey Lead is a full-time role based in Riyadh, central to Noon Academy's focus on reinventing schools in Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

This position is responsible for designing and owning the entire parent journey within the Noon Academy ecosystem. Recognizing the significant impact parents have on student success, the role addresses the challenge of optimizing parent involvement, navigating the spectrum between over-engagement and disengagement. The Parent Journey Lead will build this experience from the ground up, defining what parents need to know, feel, and do at each stage, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure consistent delivery of these moments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive parent journey map, charting the full parent experience across diverse student profiles and academic year phases. For each phase, define what a parent needs to know, feel, and do, creating a shared, dynamic resource for the team.
• Design a "step in / step back" framework that provides clear signals for parents on when to act, what specific actions entail, and when to refrain, ensuring appropriate engagement is intuitive and frictionless.
• Define and oversee parent-facing touchpoints, including events, communications, and milestone moments. Determine the desired knowledge, feelings, and actions for parents following each interaction, and collaborate with relevant teams for delivery and post-event assessment.
• Integrate parent feedback from surveys, support interactions, and events to identify and prioritize journey problems. Utilize this information to update the journey map and pinpoint areas where the experience is faltering.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in journey design, product management, or a program-facing role.
• Demonstrated clear, structured thinking, with the ability to distill complex, multi-touchpoint relationships into coherent and actionable strategies.
• Proven capability in cross-functional ownership, having successfully delivered initiatives through collaboration with other teams while maintaining accountability for outcomes without direct control over every step.
• Comfort with qualitative synthesis, capable of transforming data from surveys, interviews, and support tickets into clear insights and specific recommendations.

• Strong capacity for direct communication with both collaborating teams and the target audiences for whom designs are created.
