Job Description

Role Overview

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking a Pediatric Dentistry Registrar to join its Nahdi Care Clinics (NCC) team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and involves comprehensive patient assessment, designing and executing care plans, and ensuring adherence to established clinical standards and regulations. The Registrar plays a key role in patient education and health promotion.

Patient Care Responsibilities

  • Assess patients and accurately document clinical findings.
  • Design and execute individualized patient care plans.
  • Educate patients on their health conditions, necessary investigations, treatment options, and proper medication use.
  • Provide patient education on health promotion and disease prevention strategies.
  • Order and review results of patient investigations.
  • Prescribe medications as appropriate for patients.
  • Fulfill all obligations related to maintaining accurate patient records.
  • Integrate population factors such as heritage, environment, and disease prevalence into patient care plans.

Clinical Governance and Quality Assurance

  • Adhere strictly to all Nahdi Care Clinics (NCC) Policies and Procedures (P&P), Bylaws Strategic Plan, Rules & Regulations.
  • Comply with the mission, vision, goals, and practice guidelines established by NCC.
  • Adhere to CBAHI standards of care and participate in continuous quality improvement activities to meet Clinical, MOH, and CBAHI quality standards.
  • Comply with clinical and departmental structure standards, including attendance requirements.
  • Complete all mandatory fire safety requirements.

Professional Conduct and Development

  • Actively participate in all assigned NCC Committees and Task Forces.
  • Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with other NCC departments, local agencies, vendors, patients, and their families.
  • Participate in the continuous professional development of all junior staff.
  • Maintain an evidence-based approach to practice.
  • Develop, participate in, and support active Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs for the assigned Section, Department, or Clinical area, as directed by the chairman. This may include rounds, conferences, lectures, and journal clubs.

Specialized Clinical Duties

  • Perform specific clinical privileges based on individual training, experience, skills, and the guidelines of the Saudi Health Council.
  • Undertake additional tasks as determined by specialty and clinical privileges.
  • Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management based on business needs.

Work Environment

This role is conducted entirely indoors (100%). The work schedule is 6 days per week, with one designated day off. Daily working hours consist of 8 net hours, structured according to a shift schedule approved by the head of the department.
