Performance Manager

About the Role

Stagwell Media is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading the planning, execution, and optimization of performance campaigns across various digital channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display. The manager will take ownership of campaigns from strategy through execution, driving best practices and innovation for client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and other performance marketing platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve results against client KPIs.
• Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and campaign audits to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign forecasting.
• Analyze performance data and produce clear reporting with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with client services, strategy, and wider media teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives.
• Stay informed on platform developments, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
• Support the testing of new products, features, and optimization techniques to enhance campaign performance.
• Build strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted day-to-day partner.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and analytical capabilities, coupled with excellent attention to detail. This role requires an individual with 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing.
