We are seeking a dedicated Personnel Officer to join our team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position offering an opportunity to contribute to a leading FMCG brand.

The Role of Personnel Officer

The Personnel Officer plays a vital role within Almarai’s HR Administration Function. This position involves performing a wide variety of essential personnel and administrative tasks, primarily focused on the processing and maintenance of personnel-related documents. The core objective is to ensure timely and accurate pay to employees, strictly adhering to established company policies and procedures.

Core Responsibilities

• Execute diverse personnel and administrative tasks to support HR operations.
• Process and maintain all personnel-related documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with Almarai’s established policies and procedures in all administrative functions.
• Contribute to the timely and accurate payment of employee salaries and benefits.

Qualifications and Skills

• 0-1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong computer skills are essential.
• Proficiency in a variety of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
