The Role of Pharmaceutical Medical Representative

Cooper Pharma is seeking a Pharmaceutical Medical Representative to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves representing Cooper Pharma’s product portfolio and driving scientific detailing and commercial success across medical centers, hospitals, and clinics. The representative will establish ethical partnerships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) while adhering to SFDA guidelines and company compliance standards. This position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute structured daily and weekly routing plans to engage targeted physicians, pharmacists, and key hospital stakeholders within the assigned territory.
  • Present evidence-based medical information on product indications, clinical profiles, and therapeutic benefits to support appropriate prescribing decisions.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and expand market share through effective account planning and consultative selling methodologies.
  • Monitor local market trends, track competitor activities, and gather customer insights to inform internal marketing strategies.
  • Timely log and track all customer interactions, detailing logs, and sales opportunities using designated CRM software.
  • Maintain full compliance with SFDA regulatory frameworks, Saudi Ministry of Health guidelines, and international ethical promotion standards.
