Neoleap is seeking a Platform Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for professionals with 5-10 years of experience in platform engineering.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to design and evolve scalable, secure, and resilient technology platforms. These platforms enable engineering teams to efficiently develop, deploy, operate, and monitor enterprise applications and digital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable platform architecture and engineering solutions.
• Define platform engineering standards, patterns, and technical practices.
• Develop and enhance infrastructure automation and Infrastructure-as-Code capabilities.
• Design and optimize CI/CD platforms, deployment pipelines, and developer tooling.
• Drive containerization, orchestration, cloud, and platform automation practices.
• Ensure platform security, resilience, availability, scalability, and performance.
• Lead technical resolution of complex platform and infrastructure issues.
• Develop self-service platform capabilities that improve developer productivity.
• Evaluate platform technologies and recommend improvements and modernization opportunities.
• Provide advanced technical guidance and mentorship to engineers.
• Collaborate with architecture, cybersecurity, cloud, SRE, and application engineering teams.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in platform engineering or a similar technical role.
