PMIS Specialist

About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a PMIS Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves contributing expertise to the implementation of project management information systems for large client programs within the EMEA region. The PMIS Specialist will operate with a degree of independence on assigned projects, leveraging their technical expertise and experience in project and program environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and administer PMWeb to meet client and project requirements.
• Lead the development and management of integration programs between technologies such as PMIS, ERP, or other specialist platforms using APIs.
• Adapt to and learn new technologies adopted for various implementation projects.
• Utilize programming skills for the technical maintenance of PMIS applications.
• Conduct information-gathering sessions with clients, analyze data, and prioritize requirements to understand business needs and support business plans.
• Extract data from PMIS systems and build data models in Power BI for data analysis visualizations.
• Prepare technical documentation and deliver technical training programs to Client IT teams during knowledge transfer phases for specialist technologies.
• Coordinate and review solution designs with key stakeholders.
• Provide day-to-day software operation support for internal and external business partners.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Application, IT, or a relevant engineering field from an accredited university or institute.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of related work experience in IT implementation projects, including integration, programming, and PMIS implementation.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and administering industry-leading PMIS solutions.
• Proficiency in implementing market-popular PMIS solutions such as PMWeb or Unifier.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Advanced Query-Based Reporting using Microsoft SSRS.
• Good understanding of Business Analytics tools like Microsoft Power BI, with the ability to write DAX Queries.
• Technical expertise in using REST APIs for completing integration pipelines.
• Experience building integration programs using programming languages such as Java or .NET.
• Knowledge and experience within project management and construction management environments.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
