PMO Manager

About the Role

Riymar is seeking a PMO Manager to join its real estate development organization in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to overseeing project planning, governance, and performance across various infrastructure development projects. The PMO Manager will ensure effective project execution, cost control, schedule management, and risk mitigation, aligning project delivery with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage PMO frameworks, governance, and reporting standards specifically for infrastructure development projects.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, milestones, and overall delivery performance.
• Monitor infrastructure project execution, identifying potential delays, cost overruns, and risks.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
• Develop project dashboards, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and executive management reports.
• Lead project risk management, issue resolution, and corrective action planning.
• Monitor contractor and consultant performance against contractual obligations and project deliverables.
• Support project resource planning, cost forecasting, and budget optimization efforts.
• Ensure compliance with project governance, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Experience

Candidates for the PMO Manager position should possess 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in project management or PMO roles, preferably within real estate development or infrastructure projects.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires regular presence and engagement within the organization's project environments.
