Enterprise PMO Senior Manager

About the Role

SThree is seeking an experienced Enterprise PMO Senior Manager for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to leading the organization's project governance, strategic performance management, and enterprise-wide portfolio oversight. The successful candidate will ensure the effective execution of corporate strategy through robust PMO frameworks, KPI management, governance processes, and executive reporting.

Role Context and Impact

The Enterprise PMO Senior Manager will collaborate closely with senior leadership to advance strategic initiatives, monitor organizational performance, and establish best practices across the project portfolio. This position plays a critical part in aligning project execution with broader corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Enterprise PMO function, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Develop, implement, and maintain PMO governance frameworks, methodologies, policies, and standards.
• Oversee the organization’s strategic portfolio and monitor the execution of key initiatives.
• Establish and manage corporate performance management systems, including KPI development, cascading, tracking, and reporting.
• Prepare executive dashboards and performance reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Drive strategic planning, execution monitoring, and benefits realization across business units.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide insights to support informed decision-making.
• Ensure effective project prioritization, resource allocation, and portfolio governance.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational and organizational performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of strategic objectives.

Required Experience and Background

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in driving strategic initiatives, implementing governance frameworks, and enhancing organizational performance at an enterprise level. Specific areas of interest include:
