Pre Sales Engineer

About the Role

Mindware is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves advising and coordinating with the Sales team on technical matters, including account penetration strategies, pre-sales implementations, solution design, and training. The role requires 3-5 years of experience.

Role Purpose

The Pre-Sales Engineer acts as a technical expert, building strong relationships with partners and customers. This position is central to driving business growth through various technical initiatives and ensuring the successful design and delivery of solutions, particularly within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide presales and post-sales support for Microsoft Azure solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and design appropriate Azure solution architectures.
• Prepare solution sizing, Bills of Materials (BOMs), technical proposals, and responses to RFP/RFQ documents.
• Conduct customer presentations, workshops, and technical discussions.
• Support sales teams in opportunity qualification, solution positioning, and closure.
• Coordinate with Microsoft and implementation teams for solution validation and delivery.

Required Experience and Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in a relevant technical role.
• Demonstrated expertise in Azure presales and solution architecture.
• Ability to conduct technical demos, workshops, and training sessions related to cloud technologies.
• Strong technical understanding of Microsoft Azure services and offerings.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves close collaboration with sales teams, partners, and customers, requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills.
