The Role: Printer & Scanner Technician

2P Perfect Presentation is looking for an experienced Printer & Scanner Technician to manage the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of printers, scanners, computers, and associated peripherals. This full-time role requires practical experience in hardware maintenance, network configuration, and providing technical support to end-users. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and repair printers, scanners, copiers, and multifunction devices.
• Diagnose and resolve issues such as paper jams, print-quality problems, driver conflicts, connectivity issues, and hardware failures.
• Replace consumables and defective components, including toner cartridges, drums, fusers, and maintenance kits.
• Configure network and USB printers, IP settings, and drivers.
• Install and support computers, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Diagnose and repair common computer hardware and software issues.
• Configure basic LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity.
• Perform preventive cleaning, calibration, testing, and scheduled maintenance.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users.
• Maintain asset inventories, maintenance logs, and service records.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
• At least two years of relevant experience in printer, scanner, computer, or IT-hardware maintenance.
• Practical knowledge of printer and scanner repair, including common HP, Canon, and Epson devices.
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, drivers, and basic network configuration.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer-service skills.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
