About the Opportunity

83zero is seeking an experienced Prisma Access Engineer to support a major enterprise customer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position focused on cloud security transformation. The role involves working on-site in Riyadh, providing dedicated support to a strategic customer's network and security teams.

Role Overview

The Resident Engineer will take ownership of the deployment, troubleshooting, optimization, and ongoing support of the customer's cloud security environment. This position is integral to a large-scale enterprise security transformation program, requiring strong hands-on expertise in Prisma Access and SASE solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and optimize Prisma Access and SASE solutions.
• Provide hands-on support for GlobalProtect, Remote Networks, and cloud security technologies.
• Troubleshoot complex networking, connectivity, and security issues.
• Support firewall migrations, VPN configurations, and security policy management.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams and offer technical guidance.
• Manage technical escalations, root cause analysis, and incident resolution.
• Support ongoing improvements, documentation, and knowledge transfer initiatives.

Essential Requirements

• Saudi nationality is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience with Prisma Access implementation and troubleshooting.
• Ideally 5+ years of experience in network security or SASE engineering.
• Profound knowledge of GlobalProtect, PAN-OS, NGFW, and enterprise networking.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh.

Work Type and Location

This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring the engineer to work on-site to provide dedicated support to the client. The role involves direct engagement with the customer's teams within their operational environment.
