Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations within the Grains & Green Fodder Department.
• Assist in supplier communication and follow-up activities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.
• Maintain and update records and department databases.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Analyze data and prepare summaries using Microsoft Excel.
• Assist in market research and price comparisons.
• Participate in department projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate eligible for the Tamheer Program.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
