BEC Arabia is seeking a Procurement - Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role offers an opportunity to manage critical civil procurement packages, contributing to our projects from initial requisition through to final delivery.

Role Overview

As a Procurement - Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of civil procurement processes. This includes ensuring technical compliance, coordinating commercial aspects, and timely material delivery to align with construction schedules and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for civil construction projects.
• Sourcing and evaluating potential suppliers.
• Providing technical clarification to ensure material and service suitability.
• Comparing quotations to secure optimal terms and compliance.
• Coordinating all commercial aspects related to procurement packages.
• Expediting materials to ensure timely delivery in line with construction schedules and project specifications.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction materials, procurement cycles, subcontractor coordination, and technical compliance.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge

• Experience in KSA construction procurement.
• Proven ability in vendor negotiations.
• Familiarity with ERP procurement systems.
