Production Manager Wood & Luxury Joinery Workshop

About the Role

FEIZO Design is establishing a high-end joinery and production operation in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a Production Manager Wood & Luxury Joinery Workshop to lead this initiative. This full-time leadership position requires a professional with a strong understanding of craftsmanship, luxury standards, and operational precision, focusing on hands-on workshop management rather than administrative tasks.

Role Objective

The primary objective for this role is to transform the current workshop into a fully operational, world-class production facility within six months. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production to meet the demands of luxury interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of carpenters, technicians, and specialized craftsmen.
• Establish and enforce strict production schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
• Accurately interpret and execute shop drawings, cutting lists, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Oversee the integration of luxury materials, ensuring precise execution where wood meets brass, copper, glass, natural stone, and leather.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows from raw material intake to final white-glove installation.
• Identify necessary machinery, upgrade tools, and scale up overall production capacity.
• Maintain uncompromising quality standards for high-end luxury interiors and bespoke furniture.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in joinery, wood production, and luxury interior fit-out.
• Demonstrated knowledge of material interactions, specifically combining wood with brass, metal, glass, and leather in high-end finishes.
• Proven track record of working on ultra-luxury residential and commercial projects.
• Strong technical expertise in woodworking machinery, advanced workshop operations, shop drawings, cutting lists, and BOQs.
• Proven ability to manage teams, optimize workflows, and deliver results under pressure.
