About the Role

DXC Technology is seeking a Program Manager Airports to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading the delivery of a major stream or set of related projects within airport programs. The Program Manager is accountable for the coordinated delivery of scope, schedule, cost, quality, and benefits across multiple projects.

Operating under the Program Director, this role drives cross-project planning, dependency management, and delivery, ensuring workstreams combine into coherent, on-track programs within a 24/7 operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a portfolio of related projects, managing cross-project dependencies and integration.
• Manage the stream schedule, budget, and resource plan; track progress and manage the critical path.
• Coordinate technical, operational, and vendor teams to achieve delivery objectives.
• Own stream-level RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and change control; escalate to the Program Director and PMO as required.
• Assure quality, safety, security, and compliance; support readiness, transition, and go-live.
• Operate within program governance and standards.
• Manage stream budget, forecasting, and supplier performance.
• Build strong relationships with client, operational, and vendor stakeholders.
• Lead and develop project managers and teams within the stream.

Qualifications and Certifications

• A degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Program or project certification is strongly preferred (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent).

Desired Experience

• Experience in aviation, airports, or comparable 24/7 critical-infrastructure environments.
• Familiarity with airport programs, including terminal openings and ORAT/transition processes.
• Exposure to MSI (Master Systems Integrator) delivery models.
