About the Role

AIQU is seeking a Program Manager Physical AI to lead integrated program management for its flagship autonomous-freight program and its portfolio of parallel initiatives. This contract position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires over 10 years of experience. The role involves managing work across vehicle platforms, data collection, compute infrastructure, regulatory dependencies, partner deliverables, and government milestones, serving as the central source of truth for planning, dependencies, and risk.

Program Scope

The program manager will oversee a complex portfolio that spans multiple critical areas. This includes ensuring the readiness of vehicle platforms, managing data collection processes, and overseeing the development of compute environments. The role also involves navigating regulatory dependencies and coordinating partner deliverables to meet strict government milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the integrated program plan for the autonomous trucking program, encompassing vehicle platform readiness, data collection, compute environment, regulatory dependencies, and partner deliverables on a unified timeline.
• Track all milestones due to government counterparts and executive forums, driving owners to meet deadlines and identifying potential slippage early.
• Manage dependencies and risks across all divisional fronts, including partnership negotiations, regulatory workstreams, technical builds, and major events.
• Coordinate with the existing engagement project manager on ministry collaboration, focusing on the internal, cross-front program plan while the project manager handles ministry-facing coordination.
• Produce status reports for executive and ministerial review cadences to ensure leadership reviews are prepared efficiently.
• Manage readiness for major demonstrations and launch events, including vendor and marketing dependencies.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across engineering, legal, government, and commercial workstreams simultaneously.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.

Transition and Knowledge Transfer

The program-management system, including plan structures, trackers, and reporting formats, must be thoroughly documented and transferred to a permanent program lead who will be recruited during the engagement period.
