About the Role

Saudi Services For Electro Mechanic Works Co. SSEM is seeking a Project Accountant to join its team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The Project Accountant will play a key role in managing financial processes related to projects, ensuring adherence to established procedures and accurate financial tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the Invoice Validation Procedure is consistently maintained and followed.
• Check and verify invoices from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Check and verify project cash payments.
• Collaborate with the Project Management Team (PMT) to prepare payment priority lists.
• Follow up with the Riyadh Office regarding payments and accounting matters.
• Monitor project expenses to ensure financial control.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably within project-based environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and verify financial documentation.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role may involve collaboration with teams and offices in other cities such as Al Jubail, Neom, and Medina, as required for project support.
