About the Opportunity

Antal International is collaborating with a leading global Project Management Consultancy (PMC) to appoint a Project Control Manager. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is integral to a major land and infrastructure development program.

Role Context and Scope

The Project Control Manager will provide program-wide leadership for the Project Controls function. This role is situated within a mega, multi-work-package land and infrastructure development program, which is being delivered on behalf of a significant government entity. Reporting directly to the Program Director, the incumbent will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the comprehensive project controls framework across the entire program lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the overall project controls framework.
• Ensure effective integration of cost management across the program.
• Oversee schedule management and progress tracking.
• Manage program risk assessment and mitigation.
• Monitor and report on commercial performance.
• Develop and implement forecasting methodologies.
• Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure comprehensive and accurate reporting across all program elements.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in project controls, preferably in leadership roles on large-scale infrastructure or development programs.
• Proficiency in Arabic is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Compensation and Employment Details

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from SAR 38,000 to SAR 45,000 per month, in addition to comprehensive benefits. The position is based permanently in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
