Role Overview

Jacobs is seeking a Project Director to lead and manage the KSU Relocation Project in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing the strategic direction, management, and successful delivery of a major EPC infrastructure and utility development program. The project includes highly complex process, mechanical, electrical, and utility systems, with a strong emphasis on process engineering and MEP systems. The Project Director will ensure the seamless integration of all utility, process, civil, structural, and building systems into a fully operational campus relocation program.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and governance for the KSU Relocation Project.
• Establish project strategy, execution plans, and delivery objectives aligned with client requirements.
• Lead large multidisciplinary project management, engineering, construction, commissioning, and commercial teams.
• Promote Jacobs' culture of safety, integrity, collaboration, and technical excellence.
• Drive project performance against key schedule, cost, quality, and safety objectives.
• Act as the primary senior representative to the Client and executive stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with client leadership and EPC Contractor management.
• Lead executive-level meetings, progress reviews, and strategic decision-making forums.
• Manage stakeholder expectations while ensuring alignment with project objectives and contractual commitments.

Project Scope

The KSU Relocation Project incorporates critical utility infrastructure, including cooling towers, sewage treatment facilities, thermal utility generation systems, electrical power generation facilities, extensive underground service tunnels, logistics facilities, workshops, warehouses, and administrative buildings.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field. The Project Director is accountable for delivering the project safely, within budget, on schedule, and in accordance with contractual, quality, and operational requirements.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading a multidisciplinary team and serving as the primary interface with the Client, EPC Contractor, stakeholders, authorities, and specialist consultants.
