Project Manager Managed Services

About the Role

Jeraisy Computers and Communications Services is seeking a Project Manager Managed Services to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience in software project management. The role focuses on overseeing the successful delivery of managed services projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives within defined constraints.
• Manage project scope, identify changes, and communicate their impact on project plans and resources.
• Develop and manage project budget, track expenses, and ensure financial viability.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely project reports.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 to maximum of 5 years of experience in software project management.
• PMP certification is required.
• Other relevant certifications (*, Agile certifications, Scrum Master) are a plus.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience in managing vendors and third-party providers within software projects.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders (client, vendors, internal teams).
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
