Information Technology Project Manager

About the Role

Axelerated Solutions is seeking an Information Technology Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing and coordinating IT projects across various technology domains to ensure successful execution and delivery. The Project Manager will align projects with business requirements, approved scope, timelines, budget, quality standards, and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and delivery roadmaps.
• Coordinate IT technical teams, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, deliverables, resource utilization, and overall performance against approved plans.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, blockers, and change requests, ensuring timely resolution and escalation.
• Ensure alignment between project deliverables, business requirements, technical specifications, and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate technical implementation, system integration, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and production handover.
• Manage project governance, stakeholder engagement, status meetings, and steering committee updates.
• Ensure project deliverables comply with approved quality standards, architecture, security requirements, and organizational policies.
• Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, action trackers, change logs, and project closure reports.
• Provide regular project status updates, performance reports, and management dashboards.
• Drive effective communication, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across project teams.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in IT project management. The role requires a proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to established project management methodologies and standards.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working collaboratively with diverse technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to achieve project objectives.
