About Acuvon and the Role

Acuvon is seeking a dedicated Project Manager Officer for its Managed Services Portfolio. This full-time role is based in Riyadh and is central to ensuring robust governance, assurance, and operational excellence across the portfolio. The Project Manager Officer provides essential support in planning, reporting, controls, benefits realization, financial oversight, and executive functions.

Role Purpose and Strategic Impact

The primary purpose of this role is to uphold governance compliance and enhance portfolio visibility within the Managed Services domain. The Project Manager Officer contributes significantly to executive decision support, resource optimization, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and delivery excellence across all managed services initiatives.

Key Duties

  • Oversee Portfolio Governance frameworks and adherence.
  • Manage Portfolio Planning & Control activities.
  • Conduct Financial Management for the portfolio.
  • Drive Benefits Realization processes.
  • Perform Risk, Issue, Assumption, and Dependency (RAID) Management.
  • Facilitate Stakeholder Engagement.
  • Prepare Executive Reporting.
  • Ensure Audit & Compliance standards are met.

Core Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain comprehensive portfolio governance frameworks.
  • Develop and manage portfolio dashboards, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and executive scorecards.
  • Track and report on revenue, cost, margin, invoicing, and collections.
  • Monitor project and program performance, including the development of recovery plans.
  • Manage RAID logs and oversee escalation processes.
  • Coordinate and facilitate steering committees and governance boards.
  • Support internal and external audits, compliance checks, and quality reviews.
  • Maintain accurate portfolio plans, baselines, and inter-dependencies.
  • Manage benefits realization and value tracking mechanisms.
  • Support resource capacity planning and forecasting activities.
  • Facilitate lessons learned sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science Engineering, or a related field.
  • Preferred Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-PMOCP, MSP, Agile, ITIL.
  • Experience: 3–7 years of experience in PMO, P3O, Project Controls, Program Management Office, Service Delivery, or Portfolio Governance.
