Role Purpose

The EPMO Manager oversees the project portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and the delivery of business value. This role involves establishing PMO governance, monitoring portfolio performance, and providing executive reporting and insights to support effective decision-making and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the project portfolio and its performance.
• Ensure projects align with organizational strategy and objectives.
• Monitor portfolio benefits realization and value delivery.
• Support project prioritization and sequencing decisions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Establish and maintain PMO policies, frameworks, and standards.
• Ensure consistent application of project management methodologies.
• Monitor compliance with governance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
