Project Manager

About the Role

Cisco is seeking a Project Manager to join its Country Digital Acceleration (CDA) team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading the execution and scaling of national digitization initiatives within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The position combines traditional project management responsibilities with program operations, stakeholder collaboration, and strategic execution.

Program Context

The CDA program is a strategic partnership platform focused on driving innovation, building digital skills, and accelerating the digital agenda of nations. The Project Manager will contribute to Cisco's investment in national digitization, supporting the company's efforts to build a digital future.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of CDA projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
• Support operational execution across multiple CDA initiatives, including tracking KPIs, maintaining program dashboards, and optimizing internal workflows.
• Engage with internal teams, partners, and government stakeholders to align project deliverables and expectations.
• Proactively identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues affecting project timelines or objectives.
• Manage project resources and support budgeting processes for both project-specific and program-wide initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver regular updates on project status, milestones, and performance metrics to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate alignment across Cisco functions (sales, engineering, marketing, operations) to ensure successful execution of CDA projects.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• A strategic mindset combined with attention to detail.
• Self-starter with an interest in innovation and digital transformation.
