The Role

Egis is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a pre-contract focus to support its growth plans in Riyadh. This permanent contract position involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of design projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets. The Project Manager will act as a liaison between creative teams and stakeholders, managing resources, schedules, and deliverables. The role requires strong collaborative, time management, and multi-tasking skills, along with familiarity with quality assurance practices to ensure product functionality. This position covers all aspects of project management throughout the project lifecycle, from initial inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and clarify project scope, set timelines, and establish budgets.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations with clients and team members, monitoring project progress and adjusting plans as needed.
• Manage and motivate design teams, assigning tasks and providing guidance.
• Keep stakeholders informed on project progress, manage expectations, and address concerns.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets for design initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the quality of design deliverables to ensure they meet established standards.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Track project expenses, ensure adherence to budget guidelines, and implement cost control measures.
• Prepare detailed cost forecasts and budget reports, analyzing variances to support financial decision-making.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between design teams, marketing, product development, and external agencies.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, using project management software.
• Manage scope changes and potential risks throughout the design project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and implement process improvements.

Project Management Duties

• Defining project timelines and activities in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Resolving changes in scope, issues, and risks that impact project implementation.
• Assigning talent and resources to projects.
• Guiding and coaching staff.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
• Experience with cost/commercial management as part of integrated, multi-organization, collaborative teams is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide a comprehensive, accurate, and value-driven service for large, high-profile clients.
