The Role

KEO Group is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a prestigious mega project in Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a leader with over 10 years of experience to oversee the strategic planning, execution, and management of a high-profile project with international impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large-scale, multi-tower mixed-use or hospitality developments, particularly podium-plus-towers schemes of comparable scale.
• Demonstrate a proven track record across PMC and CSC execution.
• Apply strong command of integrated program management, including baseline programming, critical path planning, and driving delivery on complex, fast-track construction programs.
• Manage multi-disciplinary delivery across engineering, procurement, construction, planning, and commercial functions as one coordinated team.
• Administer FIDIC-based contracts and manage formal contractual correspondence.
• Build and lead integrated delivery teams on large, complex projects.
• Provide confident, decisive leadership capable of holding contractors and consultants accountable to measurable delivery commitments.
• Mobilize project teams of 150–200 personnel at pace in a fast-track environment.
• Operate comfortably at executive level with sophisticated, highly engaged client organizations.
• Demonstrate strong diplomatic and negotiation skills, with sound commercial judgment.
• Manage contractual and commercial matters professionally and collaboratively.
• Coordinate effectively with hospitality and hotel operators.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in project leadership roles.
• Prior experience on Saudi giga-projects or similarly scaled regional developments is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of the operating environment surrounding Vision 2030 developments, including pace of delivery, client expectations, and multi-stakeholder governance.
