The Role of Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Dopamine, you will lead projects and serve as a primary client partner. This full-time role involves managing project lifecycles and acting as the main point of contact for clients. You will coordinate with internal creative and technical teams, as well as external clients, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high creative and strategic standards. The position requires 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate client briefs into structured project plans, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Define project scope, objectives, and KPIs aligned with client and agency goals.
• Monitor project progress, resolve risks, and address issues to maintain project timelines.
• Ensure final deliverables meet Dopamine’s creative standards and client expectations.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, building relationships based on trust and responsiveness.
• Conduct regular client check-ins, status updates, and review sessions.
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams (creative, production, technical).
• Support the preparation of technical proposals, capabilities decks, tender documents, and client pitches.
• Control the quality, compliance, and accuracy of deliverables, particularly in tender processes.
• Utilize platforms like Etimad for tender uploads, submission tracking, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Track project budgets, expenses, and billing to ensure financial alignment.
• Optimize resource allocation across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Oversee documentation and reporting of project activities via Dopamine systems.
• Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate performance and improve processes.

Required Experience and Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a creative agency or similar environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project lifecycles from planning to execution.
• Strong client servicing and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in internal and external communication, acting as a bridge between stakeholders.
• Experience with budget tracking, expense management, and resource optimization.
• Ability to ensure quality assurance and process adherence for project deliverables.
