IMAR Overseas KSA is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for an experienced professional to lead construction projects from initiation to completion.

Role Overview

The Project Manager (Civil Engineer) will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. The role requires strong leadership and technical expertise to manage multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and supervise all project activities from design review to handover.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Ensure project delivery within scope, cost, and schedule constraints.
• Oversee site execution and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and contractual standards.
• Manage subcontractors, consultants, and client communications.
• Conduct regular project progress meetings and issue status reports.
• Review and approve technical submittals, shop drawings, and material selections.
• Monitor and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and control.
• Coordinate with commercial and procurement teams for project requirements.
• Foster collaboration between engineering, procurement, and execution teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Civil Engineering background.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
• Proven track record of ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
