The Role of Project Manager

DAMCE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee engineering projects in Riyadh. This is a full-time position for a professional with a proven track record in project management, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to successfully deliver projects while coordinating with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will ensure project objectives are met through effective management and strategic coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of engineering projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall performance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Supervise project teams and provide technical and administrative leadership.
• Prepare, review, and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and technical documentation.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering project management.
• Valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Proven experience in managing engineering projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
