About the Role

Development Works Company is seeking a Project Studies Specialist to join its growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to preparing comprehensive technical, financial, and commercial studies for Operation, Maintenance, and Cleaning projects. The specialist will play a key part in supporting business development initiatives and ensuring successful tender submissions, requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Studies Specialist will be responsible for a range of analytical and reporting tasks, including:

• Preparing technical, financial, and commercial feasibility studies for Operation & Maintenance and Facility Management projects.
• Conducting market research, analyzing competitors, and assessing market demand.
• Developing financial models, including Cash Flow, Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Break-even Analysis, and project profitability assessments.
• Performing risk assessments and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Participating in the preparation of tender and bid submissions, ensuring accurate financial and commercial proposals.
• Preparing budget performance reports and variance analyses.
• Coordinating with relevant governmental and regulatory authorities when required.
• Developing professional presentations and reports for executive management and stakeholders.

Reporting Structure

The Project Studies Specialist reports administratively to either the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or the General Manager, in accordance with the company's established organizational structure.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project evaluation and financial analysis. This role requires an individual who is passionate about contributing to the success of large-scale Operation & Maintenance projects through rigorous analytical work and strategic insights.
