Role Overview: Psychotherapist / Psychologist (Part-Time, Hybrid)

Spring Health is seeking qualified and internationally licensed mental health therapists to join its network of care providers in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a part-time contract position with a hybrid work model (remote and in-person), specializing in the care of minors. The role involves delivering care through a technology and AI/ML-powered platform, with a focus on patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychological counseling to clients through various benefit structures, including short-term Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and employer-provided health plans.
• Deliver therapy to adults who have completed evidence-based electronic assessments to identify symptoms and concerns.
• Maintain an updated calendar of availability and complete session documentation promptly within the scheduling system.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs.
• Collaborate with the care provider support team, clinical navigation team, and administrative care support team as needed.
• Provide compassionate and culturally aware care, adhering to diversity and inclusion values.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Appropriate qualifications and licensure to practice counseling or psychotherapy in Saudi Arabia (*, psychologist, psychotherapist, clinical psychologist).
• Cannot require clinical supervision to practice.
• Valid professional liability insurance consistent with recognized rates in the accredited jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 years of independent clinical experience.
• Qualified and experienced in treating minors aged 6 and above.
• Access to a computer or laptop, comfortable with technology, and proficient in providing telehealth services.
• Training and experience in evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and CPT.
• Comfortable developing safety plans and intervening in high-risk client situations.
• Committed to providing high-quality clinical care and developing capabilities through client progress review.
• Ability to work independently while benefiting from team support and collaboration opportunities.
• For in-person sessions, candidates must have their own premises or office in Riyadh.
