Maison Pyramide is seeking a Public Relations Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for managing communication strategies and initiatives across the company's client portfolio and strategic events.

Role Overview

The Public Relations Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of communication strategies and initiatives for both existing and new retainer clients, as well as strategic events. This position requires working closely with the wider PR team, Marketing, and Events teams to ensure clear, compelling, and strategic brand communications are delivered effectively and within budget for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR and Communications campaigns, including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics for retained and new clients, utilizing insights to drive effective decision-making.
• Lead day-to-day client relations across multiple accounts and projects.
• Maintain constant and clear communication with clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with internal strategy teams, providing support on research, briefs, and strategic development.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including stylists and press thought leaders.
• Leverage a network of influencer contacts for earned media opportunities that drive reach and advocacy.
• Build relations with senior media contacts for coverage and ongoing client opportunities, while seeking new ways to raise brand profiles and generate news.
• Manage budget and timeline for client accounts.
• Lead the development of press releases, written statements, and interviews.
• Maintain current working knowledge of the relevant competitive and category landscape, and update internal teams accordingly.
• Continually research and identify opportunities to build client exposure and awareness.
• Monitor, analyze, and communicate PR results on a monthly basis to clients, compiling monthly and project reports on progress and performance.
• Coordinate PR activations, press-related events, and shoots.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in public relations or communications.
• Possession of in-depth communications experience and strong managerial traits.
• Competence in working with both traditional and new media platforms.
• Deep understanding of the evolving digital and social media landscape.

Strategic Contribution and Business Development

This role involves establishing a strong image for Maison Pyramide and increasing the profile of the company and its founders. This includes identifying opportunities across diverse media outlets, speaking engagements, and industry events. The Public Relations Manager will also contribute to the growth of the PR department through business development and identifying potential new clients, collaborating cross-functionally with other departments and senior leadership to meet client targets and foster overall company growth.
