Quality Engineer production

About the Role

The HR Game is seeking a Quality Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on supporting the implementation and maintenance of quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing inspection plans, analyzing non-conformities, and coordinating corrective actions.

Role Overview

This position involves a direct contribution to maintaining and improving product quality. The Quality Engineer will work closely with Production and Technical Office teams to ensure adherence to quality requirements, identify root causes of issues, and verify the effectiveness of corrective measures on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop inspection plans and technical quality standards for new products and production processes.
• Review technical drawings and specifications to identify critical inspection points before production.
• Analyze Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), rejection, and return data to identify recurring issues and root causes.
• Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and inspection work instructions.
• Support technical investigations related to complex or recurring quality issues and customer complaints.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness on the production floor.
• Participate in the technical and quality evaluation of new suppliers.
• Prepare periodic reports on quality KPIs, including rejection rates, recurring defects, and closure time.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Technical Office teams to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Provide technical training and guidance to Quality Inspectors on new inspection standards and equipment when required.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a quality engineering role, preferably within a manufacturing environment. The ability to analyze data, develop quality standards, and coordinate with cross-functional teams is essential for this position.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires collaboration with various internal teams, including Production, Quality, and the Technical Office, to achieve quality objectives.
