Quality Engineer SA

About the Role

The HR Game is seeking a Quality Engineer to join the Quality Department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role supports the Head of Quality in implementing and maintaining quality standards and procedures across the factory. The position focuses on key areas such as inspection planning, non-conformities, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical inspection plans and quality criteria for new products and processes, coordinating with the Technical Office and Production teams.
• Review technical drawings and specifications to identify critical inspection points prior to manufacturing.
• Analyze Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), rejection, and rework data to identify recurring issues and determine their root causes.
• Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to inspection and quality control.
• Support technical investigations of complex or recurring complaints in coordination with Production and the Technical Office.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness in the field.
• Participate in the technical and quality evaluation of new suppliers before approval.
• Prepare periodic analytical reports on quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including rejection rates, recurring defects, and closure times.
• Provide field training to Quality Inspectors on new inspection standards and equipment when required.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a quality engineering role, preferably within a manufacturing or factory environment. Experience with quality standards implementation, inspection planning, and root cause analysis is essential.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a factory setting and collaborating closely with production and technical teams to ensure quality standards are met.
