The Role of Recovery Manager

Recovery Advisers is seeking a Recovery Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves managing a portfolio of cases within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, focusing on recovery efforts related to international export transactions. The role requires 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate international export transactions to identify reasons for default.
• Develop and implement appropriate recovery strategies.
• Negotiate amicable settlements with involved parties.
• Assess claims for potential judicial action when amicable settlements are not achievable.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Law.
• At least two years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in international commercial transactions and collections.

Required Skills

• Fluency in both English and Arabic languages.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within an international firm focused on specialized legal and recovery services.
