Regional Marketing Director

About the Role

Alert International is seeking a Regional Marketing Director to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience and involves shaping regional marketing strategy, managing departmental budgets, and delivering high ROI campaigns to drive business growth. The role focuses on leadership, mentorship, and building strong relationships with both internal and external partners to ensure seamless operations and sustained business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide focus and direction for department employees and management.
• Establish and implement departmental goals, policies, and procedures.
• Manage general activities related to providing departmental services.
• Consult with executives, staff, team members, and brands on general operations.
• Direct, manage, and oversee departmental financial and budgetary activities.
• Analyze financial statements, reports, and other performance indicators, providing feedback and recommendations.
• Identify areas for improving efficiency, effectiveness, performance, policies, and programs.
• Monitor, control, and approve capital and non-capital expenditures, and audit their effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain an appropriate company image focused on customer satisfaction.
• Develop quantified Management By Objectives (**** plans for direct subordinates and ensure propagation through all levels.
• Maintain viable relationships with strategic accounts, business partners, official entities, and government bodies.
• Perform other related duties as directed by immediate superiors.

Required Experience and Skills

• Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives and target audiences.
• Ensuring the marketing team delivers effective campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive sales growth.
• Managing marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively, and optimizing marketing spend for maximum ROI.
• Fostering relationships with key business partners, vendors, and media outlets to maximize marketing reach and impact.
• Collaborating with product development, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives.
• Leading and mentoring marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
• Acting as a brand ambassador, representing company values, and maintaining consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in a relevant marketing leadership role. This position requires a professional who can drive marketing strategy and execution while fostering strong internal and external relationships.
