About the Role

Time House is seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join its retail team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with a positive attitude and an interest in sales and customer service. Candidates with 0-1 years of experience in retail sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and offers to customers.
• Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and product availability.
• Handle billing and customer transactions accurately.
• Build positive customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience in retail sales or customer service; freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude with an interest in sales.
• Willingness to work flexible retail shifts.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and achieve sales targets.
• Must have a valid, transferable Iqama in Saudi Arabia.
• Candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
