Sales Business Development Executive

About the Role

Alsarh almasi is seeking a Sales Business Development Executive to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is focused on expanding the company's presence in the Saudi construction market. The role involves acquiring construction projects and onboarding contractors and suppliers as members.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new construction projects from project owners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with project owners, contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Identify potential contractors and suppliers and convert them into paying members.
• Present and sell membership packages and services.
• Generate leads through market visits, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct meetings, prepare offers, negotiate, follow up, and close deals.
• Maintain a pipeline of projects and potential customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Continuously identify new business opportunities within the construction sector.

Required Experience

Candidates should have 1 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field. The role requires a strong understanding of business development within the construction industry.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from SAR 22,500 to SAR 26,250.
