About the Sales & Collections Representative Role
Pharmalink is seeking a Sales & Collections Representative to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional dedicated to driving sales performance and ensuring timely collection of receivables within assigned healthcare accounts across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role emphasizes strong field execution, diligent follow-up, and accountability to achieve both revenue generation and cash collection targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s product portfolio to assigned hospitals, pharmacy chains, and institutional accounts.
- Conduct regular customer visits to ensure comprehensive coverage and effective relationship management.
- Achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
- Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments and support the entire collection cycle.
- Collaborate with finance teams to resolve collection-related issues efficiently.
- Regularly track and update account receivables and payment statuses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with purchasers, pharmacists, and key decision-makers.
- Monitor sales performance, stock movement, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to increase product penetration within existing accounts.
- Ensure adherence to agreed payment terms and contractual obligations.
- Report accurately and consistently on sales activities, collections, and market feedback.
- Escalate any payment delays or account issues promptly.
Experience and Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in a Sales Officer role.
- Proven experience managing institutional accounts and collection follow-up.
- A strong network within the Riyadh Region is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sales targets and receivables simultaneously.
- A valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Required Skills and Attributes
Candidates must possess strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship management skills. A high level of accountability and discipline in field operations is essential for success in this role.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires significant field engagement and travel within the assigned territory.
