We are looking for a dynamic individual to promote our company's products and services through a defined strategy and develop strong partnerships with both existing and potential customers within the Saudi Arabian market.

Job Scope:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for optimizing sales volumes and acquiring new partnerships. You will coordinate marketing programs and activities to bolster our presence in the region.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement the sales strategy and establish budgets and targets for the team.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct market research to identify requirements for current and future products/services.
  • Map and recruit potential partners and lead vendor relationships to align with company strategy.
  • Ensure proper inventory management and develop a solid channel/customer database.
  • Coordinate closely with the marketing team for effective marketing activities.
  • Develop sales forecasts and market development reports in line with objectives.

Talent Development:
As a leader, you will coach the team, develop capabilities, and ensure a succession plan is in place. Regular performance reviews and identifying training needs will be part of your responsibilities.

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
