About the Role
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for all Landscape SBU’s sales and market share growth in the KSA. This position requires developing and implementing a strategic plan, sales plan, business development, and managing strategic accounts. The ideal candidate will operate as a partner and consultant for customers by understanding their businesses and the industry to recommend appropriate Rain Bird solutions.

This position requires developing and implementing a strategic plan, sales plan, business development, and managing strategic accounts. The ideal candidate will operate as a partner and consultant for customers by understanding their businesses and the industry to recommend appropriate Rain Bird solutions.
Responsibilities
- Developing and managing strategic accounts in Saudi Arabia.
- Growing product sales ahead of the market.
- Increasing the market share of Rain Bird.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Managing required sales activities, workshops, training, marketing, and promotions for strategic accounts.
Qualifications
- MBA is preferred.
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Irrigation, or Agriculture Engineering.
- Experience in the irrigation industry, including design and installation.
- Experience working within a multinational organization.
- P&L experience is a plus.
