Join iHorizons as a Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager at iHorizons, you will be responsible for meeting the revenue targets of the assigned sales team. You will hire, onboard, and operationally manage a team of sales executives, driving both individual and team revenue targets.
Role Overview:
- Work closely with internal teams responsible for sales operations, solutioning, and partner management.
- Develop and propose solutions that meet customer needs.
- Report on sales team performance, market intelligence, and competitive landscape to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the entire sales cycle and manage bidding processes.
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Ensure revenue targets are met while maintaining acceptable gross profit margins.
- Generate credible forecasts and regular reports on customer accounts.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Computer Sciences, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 1012 years of professional experience with 58 in a client-facing sales role and leadership.
- Experience in customized IT solution sales and managing a frontline sales team.
- Knowledge of the digital space and the GCC market is desirable.
