At Hilton, we are dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences and we are seeking a proactive and dynamic Director of Sales to join our team in Riyadh. As a key member of the hotel’s management team, you will manage the sales and marketing plans, driving business growth and ensuring competitive positioning in the marketplace.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage hotel sales and marketing efforts to support business objectives.
- Work closely with senior management to identify focused activities requiring additional support.
- Prepare contracts and monitor offers for repeat bookings in coordination with the Group Coordinator.
- Lead and develop the sales team through effective management and example-setting.
- Direct the forecasting process and prepare essential reports for the Sales Department.
- Participate in preparing the annual Sales and Market Plan and implement strategies swiftly for market changes.
- Provide comprehensive information about the hotel’s products and services to guests.
- Prepare monthly reports detailing the sales team's contributions and activities.
- Collaborate with Reservations and Banqueting Departments to enhance guest experiences.
- Contribute to management meetings for developing sales and marketing initiatives.
