Join Hilton as a Director of Sales!
At Hilton, we are dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences and we are seeking a proactive and dynamic Director of Sales to join our team in Riyadh. As a key member of the hotel’s management team, you will manage the sales and marketing plans, driving business growth and ensuring competitive positioning in the marketplace.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage hotel sales and marketing efforts to support business objectives.
  • Work closely with senior management to identify focused activities requiring additional support.
  • Prepare contracts and monitor offers for repeat bookings in coordination with the Group Coordinator.
  • Lead and develop the sales team through effective management and example-setting.
  • Direct the forecasting process and prepare essential reports for the Sales Department.
  • Participate in preparing the annual Sales and Market Plan and implement strategies swiftly for market changes.
  • Provide comprehensive information about the hotel’s products and services to guests.
  • Prepare monthly reports detailing the sales team's contributions and activities.
  • Collaborate with Reservations and Banqueting Departments to enhance guest experiences.
  • Contribute to management meetings for developing sales and marketing initiatives.
