Join Penny as a Sales Manager – GCC!

As we expand in the GCC, we need a Sales Manager with strong leadership skills to drive our sales team and enhance our customer engagement.

Role Summary:
As a Sales Manager, you will manage your own accounts while guiding the sales team. This hybrid position requires you to be strategic, energetic, and passionate about coaching others to success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full sales cycle for your designated targets.
  • Mentor and motivate a team of sales professionals.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and close significant deals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support team members in pursuing them.
  • Oversee the sales team's performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with various teams to align go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop processes and tools that enhance productivity.
  • Monitor market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Represent Penny at industry events.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years in sales, with 2+ years in a leadership position (preferably in SaaS).
  • A proven track record of closing deals.
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools (*, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Understanding of the GCC market and business culture.
  • Fluent in Arabic and business-level English.
  • Willingness to work from our Riyadh office and travel within the GCC as necessary.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience in procurement or enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Connections in the procurement or supply chain sectors.
